Hey man, the Vivid is 222mm i2i with a 70mm stroke, so that'll increase your travel from 7.5" to 8.2". Give TF Tuned a shout, that's where I got mine. They sell them complete for 290 sheets inc postage. However, the shock will only fit in the steep position on the bike, cos the reservoir is pretty big compared to a DHX. The mudguard is a Specialized one for an Enduro, but it fits the BigHit well. I got it from my LBS in Belfast(www.mcconveycycles.com). Nice paintjob by the way!

I got some bearing for my Demo 8 from there and they're top quality. If you dont need the whole kit you can also get singles if you know the sizes you need.
